Worst madden game Ive ever played if youre not buying something youre not winning anything

I havent played this game in a while, but I would if I got past the loading screen. I try to play Madden Mobile every weekend, but I cant because it always stops when the loading bar is full, but nothing happens after that! It annoys me so much. I even have a new iPad. I also deleted it and re-downloaded it and it still doesnt work. It also is pretty slow. Please just fix it already.

I earned the Cover Athlete Gronk whos supposed to be 89 but mine is only 87.
