Ea Really?

Ea you made a game that isnt even is playable. I cant
even play anymore because of the loading screen it just freezes when Im on the it. Also this game crashes a lot too. For example I was in a auction for a really good running back nobody bided on him so I decided to bid on him and right before I pressed the bid button it crashed and when I reloaded the game the auction ended. Any way Ea plz fix this I actually want to play it so plz.
